Elanza Media™ provides comprehensive customer support for all its technology deployments. Such support includes:
- Ensuring the availability and provision of adequate spare parts for all installed LED displays. This is done to minimize downtime when routine or emergency service is required. All deployed technologies are provisioned with adequate spare parts at customer site for the fastest parts exchange in case of burn-out of the display.
- Support for the Lifetime of the Display System - Elanza Media™ offers annual maintenance contracts with every customer deployment during the lifetime of the display.
- Availability of local engineering support for every location - Elanza Media™ personnel will be available at each customer location for technical assistance and support
